Time To Play Catch-Up!!!

Holy crap it’s been a while since we’ve updated this thing but I’ve finally found the time, motivation and great program to aid me in the blog process!  So… without further adieu, Ryan’s first post on this blog:

 

To start with, I’m home, and have been since January.  We’ve gone to Disneyworld SEVERAL times.  Lol.  The first set of pictures are from those trips.

We then took a trip to the Okeefenokee swamp.  Yes, it’s pronounced just like it’s spelled.  It was alot of fun to get in close to the ‘gator’s and get to know the swamp a little better.  I even drank some of the water as we were in the boat!

We got up close to this little lady… some of us closer than others.

Ok so after a few months of fun and games we got ready to move to North Carolina.  But before we made our move, Elly became a pirate!

Ok so I just realized that in all the catch-up we needed to do, I don’t have a whole lot of pictures to back it up with.  I need to make a habit of taking more pictures!   Well, until next time!

Here are some pictures of Ryan in Iraq. We get to talk on Skype several times a week, although most of the time the connection sucks and we can hardly carry on a conversation. His leave is in August, so only 5 more months until we get to be together!

Police, responding to an anonymous call, arrested a suspect late Friday night. The crime? Being too cute.





"We see these sorts of things all the time," Officer Lamb told reporters after he made the arrest. "It seems extreme, but we have to keep these sorts of things under control. If not, people do irrational things. Talk in baby talk, spend obscene amounts of money on clothes, use phrases like 'whoops-a-daisy'. No, no, we did the right thing."



The suspect, wearing pink lamb pajamas, had no comment. Witnesses present at the time of arrest said the suspect, who's identity remains unknown, was indeed the "cutest thing they have ever seen".
